Description

Pastorale began life as a little cameo for voice and piano, but after being overlooked and virtually forgotten he returned to it some sixteen years later and expanded it for violin and wind quartet. The little gem was again transcribed by Stravinsky and the violinist Samuel Dushkin for violin and piano. Grade 8 level.
