The 5th Liszt International Youth Piano Competition
The 5th Liszt International Youth Piano Competition
Constitution
I. Introduction
In 1986, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the death of Hungarian composer and pianist Franz Liszt, the first International Franz Liszt Piano Competition was held in the Netherlands, and then held every three years with a history of 37 years, many years of weathering has already honed it extremely gorgeous, dazzling, and enjoys the international Class A piano competition reputation.
The previous winners have now become well-known international music masters, such as the 4th Wu Chi won the third place in the world in 1996 (the second place is vacant), the 5th Li Yundi won the third place in the world in 1999, the 7th Sun Yingdi won the world champion in 2005, and the 10th Han Mengjie won the third place in the world in 2014. All of them were rising international stars on this stage, while securing recording contracts and the opportunity to perform in 60 recitals around the world.
In order to promote the internationalization and professionalization of China's art education and encourage more talented young art learners to participate in international art competitions, the Ministry of Culture promulgated the "Award Measures for Winners of International Art Competitions" in March 2012, awarding awards to Chinese players who won international art competitions, and designated the International Liszt Piano Competition (Netherlands) as A Class international competition.
The Liszt International Youth Piano Competition is in the same vein as the International Liszt Piano Competition (Netherlands), organized by the Organizing Committee of the International Liszt Piano Competition, the Organizing Committee of the Liszt International Teenagers Piano Competition, and Association Chinese Culture Music & Art in Europe. It is co-organized by Liszt Conservatory of Music in Hungary, Association European Conservatory, Royal Conservatory of Music in the Hague, Netherlands, Perth Music Group, Art Education Expert Working Committee of Chinese Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association, and organized by Beijing Yin Huang United Culture and Art Media Co., Ltd. With an authoritative platform, rigorous competition schedule and professional judges, we will provide opportunities for Chinese young people to learn piano and select outstanding players to represent China to participate in the global selection of the International Liszt Piano Competition every three years.
