CLASSICAL MUSIC COURSE Basic and Advance Chinese and Western classical music courses are offered at Parsons' Music. Our instructors go through a strict selection process. We assess qualifications, seek advice from professional consultants and our teaching directors to ensure that teachers have high quality teaching standards and that high teaching standards are maintained at all times. The content of our classical courses are mainly geared towards Australian and international examinations. These exams include those offered by the Trinity College London, Royal Academy of Music and our AMEB (Australian Music Examination Board). We encourage students to have a goal, to do well in exams, to take risks that help them improve their playing skills and ensure that their talents grow in the right direction.

Music sets the mood of a place or an event. Music has the ability to get a person to feel different kinds of emotions. It can get you excited, fearful, happy or calm and relaxed. Movies have employed background music for decades in order to enhance the viewer’s experience.
Every so often, a child prodigy is born and takes the music world by storm. But everyone else has to study and work hard to hone their skills. Regardless whether you plan on making music a career, or just a hobby it is highly recommended that you take music classes. But why should you study music?
