The Sydney Opera House is a 6-minute walk from Circular Quay, serviced by buses, trains, and ferries.
For parking, use the Sydney Opera House Car Park (2A Macquarie St). We recommend online pre-booking for better rates: 2A Macquarie St | Sydney Opera House Car Park
Note: There will be marathon road closures on Sunday — please plan your journey to avoid delays.

🕒 Session Times

Morning Session

Performer Arrival: 8:30 AM at the Stage Door
Parent Entry: 9:00 AM via the Main Foyer (ticket required)
Concert Starts: 9:30 AM sharp
Trophy presentation & group photo: 12:00 PM

Afternoon Session

Group Performers Arrival: 1:00 PM at the Stage Door
Solo Performers Arrival: 1:30 PM at the Stage Door
Parent Entry: 2:00 PM via the Main Foyer (ticket required)
Concert Starts: 2:30 PM sharp
Trophy presentation & group photo: 5:00 PM

We kindly ask all parents to stay for the entire concert, from start to finish, to support every young performer on stage.

🎟️ Ticket Collection

Tickets are available at the Parsons Music front desk in Westfield Shopping Centre, Chatswood
Important: Tickets must be collected before Sunday. Same-day ticket collection at the venue is not available.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your session to allow for check-in, warm-up, and stage preparation.

🌟 Dress Code

Jasmine Flower, String Quartet & Flash Mob:

Boys: White shirt, red bow tie, black trousers, black dress shoes
Girls: White top with black skirt or all-white dress, black dress shoes

Ballet & Dancing:

Costumes as required by group teachers

All Other Performers:

Smart concert attire (no casual wear or sneakers)

🏅 Rehearsals & Group Performers (Afternoon Session)

The following groups must arrive the Stage Door at 12:50 PM for rehearsals starts at 1 PM Sharp:

Flash Mob
Violin Ensemble
Quartet
Dancing performers

All performers must practice thoroughly before concert day to ensure a smooth session.

⚠️ Important Reminders

Students will be seated in designated mezzanine areas with carers when not performing.
No food or drink (except water) allowed in the performance area.

📸 Media & Photography

Official performance photos will be taken and shared with parents.
Personal photography from seats is allowed (no flash, no movement during performances).
