Flora Fong

Flora Fong began her passion for music at the age of six. She attained Eighth Grade piano in 2009 with ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) and following this Flora studied music at the Education University of Hong Kong and then pursued further music studies in Australia. She graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and is currently studying her Masters in Creative MusicTherapy at Western Sydney University.

In addition to completing ten years of Piano teaching, Flora has also taught young children of kindergarten age at an international school. As a result of these experiences Flora has a patient, caring approach and has gained a solid educational foundation to teach young children because she has a clear understanding of childrens’ developmental needs.

Flora prepares students for both ABRSM and AMEB exams. All of her students have passed exams and her good students were awarded distinction. Her approach is a joyful and happy one designed to engage students by presenting a comprehensive program that includes specific, measurable and achievable goals.

Parsons Music is delighted to have Flora teach in our school as she will also be involved in our Little Mozart Program.

We invite you to book a lesson with Flora today.
