DANIEL PAN


Daniel Pan is a successful classically trained cellist born and raised in Canberra. He began his studies in school and gained a passion for strings and enjoyed playing and showing others how to play at a young age.

He graduated from Conservatorium High School in 2021 studying cello from Thomas Tsai, a highly regarded teacher. Daniel has also received numerous awards at competitions as well as an LMusA and AmusA from The Australian Music Examinations Board. He is also a recipient of the Canberra Grammar School Foundation music scholarship studying there from 2016 to 2018.

Daniel's previous teachers include David Pereira, Lindy Reksten and Professor Orfeo Mandozzi from Zürich University of the Arts."

His continued studies resulted in the successful completion of a Bachelor of Music “with honours” from The Royal Academy of Music (London), Royal College of Music (London) and Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester). 

Teaching is very important to Daniel and he is well equipped to teach you to gain good skills and  much enjoyment from playing the Cello.
