Carlie has graduated from Sydney Conservatorium of Music and holds a Bachelor of Music Studies and also holds a Masters Degree in Media Practice and Industry from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Carlie began Piano Studies at the age of five and consistently continued in her study of Piano and attended a very well respected Conservatory completing to Performance level at the Central Conservatory of Music in China. 

Carlie has taught for a number of years and her patience with little children and her passion for teaching enables her to engage students and help them enjoy playing the Piano. Carlie also works consistently to develop students' correct skills and knowledge to become an excellent student of the Piano. Many of Carlie’s students have passed AMEB exams with distinction.
