Eason was born in Beijing and started playing violin when he was four years old. Eason studied with Mr. Kunlai Mu, who is the former Chief of China National Opera House Symphony Orchestra, and Mr. Keqiang Sui, who was the former Chairman of Orchestral Instruments Department at Central Conservatory of Music. Eason got the Violin Performance Diploma of Central Conservatory of Music when he was 14 years old.
Eason has more than 10 years violin teaching experience. He taught at several primary schools in Beijing. He helped the schools to build up violin courses and to found the Symphony and Chamber Orchestra. He has taught more than 1,000 students in total.
In 2010, Eason founded the Sunshine Philharmonic Orchestra which was the first amateurs' Orchestra in Beijing. In 2016, he founded the Sunshine Youth Orchestra. Eason holds concerts annually in Beijing and the concerts have attracted more than 10,000 audiences. Eason also conducted and arranged pieces for the Sunshine Youth Orchestra.
